Why subscriptions shape our thinking
A one-off purchase is decided once. A subscription is decided again every month. That pushes small details into the spotlight: whether the price is visible before sign-up, whether an update breaks the login, whether cancelling is straightforward. We find it a useful lens for any product, subscription or not.
