Instead of claims about results, here are the standards we hold ourselves to. You can check every one of them.
We ask where people discover, start, use, renew and leave your product, and which part worries you most.
A short document lists what is in, what is out and what we still do not know. Unknowns are named, not hidden.
You see test builds or staging pages regularly, so problems surface early.
Every release follows a written list, and we agree a way to step back if something goes wrong.
Access, source and notes are handed over so the product does not depend on us.
Text meets sensible contrast, touch targets are comfortable, and pages work with a keyboard.
Prices, trials and cancellation are never buried behind extra steps.
Screens handle slow networks, empty states and errors with clear messages.
Each release has notes that say what changed and why.
These are aims we work towards and check against, not certifications.
