Forms

The contact and support forms send your name, email, message, optional phone and organisation, any services you tick and your consent to a script on this website. It passes them as an email to saas@algosaassoftware.tech via the hosting provider’s mail system. Callback requests add your phone number to the message. We use these details only to answer your enquiry and any resulting work.

Hosting and mail processing

The site and its mail transport run on our web hosting provider, which processes server logs and messages on our behalf. Acceptance by the mail system does not guarantee delivery to an inbox.

Abuse protection

To limit misuse, the form script keeps a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address and a counter in a temporary file outside the public website for about 15 minutes. Expired files are deleted when later requests arrive.

Retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, provide any service and meet legal obligations. The site owner must confirm the actual retention policy.

Cookies and local storage

No analytics, advertising or other optional cookies are installed. Your cookie choice, the lifecycle planner ticks and unsent form drafts are stored only in your own browser (local or session storage), and only where the browser allows it. You can change your choice any time: Reopen cookie choices

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by emailing saas@algosaassoftware.tech. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
